Requirements

• Copia for iPhone and iPad requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later.
• Copia for Mac requires macOS 26 or later.
• iCloud sync and shared boards require iCloud Drive and a signed-in Apple Account.

Save something from your clipboard

1. Copy text, a link, image, or file in another app.
2. Open Copia and choose the board where you want to keep it.
3. If the item is not captured automatically, tap the add button and choose Paste.

Apple may ask whether Copia can paste from another app. Allow paste access to save the copied item.

Save directly from another app

1. Open the item you want to save and tap the system Share button.
2. Choose Copia in the Share Sheet. If it is hidden, choose More and add it to your favourites.
3. Select a board and save the clip.

iCloud sync and shared boards

• Open Copia Settings and confirm that iCloud sync is enabled.
• Make sure every device uses the same Apple Account and has iCloud Drive enabled.
• To share, open a board’s menu and choose Share Board.
• Everyone you invite needs iCloud access and the latest version of Copia.

Sync can take a moment after a device reconnects. If changes do not appear, keep Copia open briefly and confirm that iCloud is available in system settings.

Back up or move your library

In Copia Settings, open Backup & Restore to export your boards and clips to a local file. Keep exported files somewhere secure because they can contain the same private information as your clipboard.
